Accommodation with a pet

Basic conditions:
- it is allowed to stay with one pet (a cat or a dog of small breeds);
- veterinary documents are required: a passport or a certificate from a veterinarian with vaccination marks;
- Special rooms are provided for accommodation, equipped according to the needs of the pet.
What is included in the tariff:
- comfortable accommodation in a room of the selected category (subject to restrictions for guests with pets);
- pet litter— so that your friend has his own cozy place;
- bowls for water and food— everything you need for feeding is already waiting in the room;
- cleaning packages— to keep the hotel clean and during walks;
- a paw towel— so that the pet can tidy up after a walk.
Important rules and restrictions:
- pets are not allowed in the SPA area and gym;
- in public areas, the animal must be on a leash (for dogs, a muzzle is also possible);
- do not leave your pet unattended in your room or in public areas;
- it is forbidden to use hotel furniture (beds, armchairs) for animal recreation;
- bathing a pet in the shower or bathtub of the room is not allowed;
- the owner is obliged to ensure the cleanliness and clean up the animal's waste products.
Additional information:
- pet accommodation fee: 1,000 rubles to the basic rate (included in the rate);
- Deposit: a refundable deposit may be charged in case of damage (the amount is specified at the time of booking);
- guide dogs stay free of charge if they have supporting documents.
